style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy No. 2033 on Amendments to the Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Milk and Dairy Products Came into Force<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine approved Order No. 2033 on amendments to the Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Milk and Dairy Products, which was registered with the Ministry of Justice on August 14, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The order came into force on the day of its official publication on September 9, 2024, in the &#8220;Official Bulletin of Ukraine&#8221; No. 77, Article 4556.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Among other things, the document introduces requirements for raw milk that has not undergone heat treatment and will be marketed as a food product directly to the consumer from a milk production holdings (MPH), \u00a0a farmer&#8217;s store, \u00a0a milk container (tank, reservoir, etc.), or milk vending machines for unpackaged raw milk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The criteria for raw milk and the procedure for checking compliance with these
