This year, the event will take place on November 15-16 in Viseu, Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Both large cheese enterprises and artisanal producers are traditionally eligible to participate. The main requirement is documented proof of the product&#8217;s quality and safety. The event&#8217;s partners and official representatives in Ukraine are Ardis Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With the support of Switzerland as part of <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/old.qftp.org\/en\/\">the Swiss-Ukrainian Program\u00a0 \u201cHigher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine\u201d<\/a><\/span>\u00a0 (QFTP) and in cooperation with the <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/umaef.org\">Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund<\/a><\/span>, the cheese community <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/procheese.ua\/en\/\">ProCheese<\/a><\/span> by <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/ardis.ua\/en\/\">Ardis Group<\/a><\/span> will provide Ukrainian cheese producers with assistance in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Selecting cheeses that have a competitive advantage in the contest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registering cheeses on the official WCA platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Describing, packaging, and labeling cheeses according to contest rules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organizing the transportation of cheeses from Ukraine to Portugal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For producers, participation in an international competition offers several advantages:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promotion of their brand abroad;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Opportunity to introduce their product to foreign buyers with the potential for establishing export channels;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A chance to earn a globally recognized award from a professional jury and use it to promote their cheese in the domestic market.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;In just two years of Ukrainian cheeses participating in the World Cheese Awards, we have brought back 26 awards for Ukrainian producers, and this motivates us to keep pushing forward. The authenticity of the cheese, its unique flavor and recipe, and its unusual shape are exactly what will help you stand out among thousands of participants and win the hearts of cheese professionals
